Suzannah Carchio
Suzannah, a US Military Academy graduate and former Army Logistics Officer, has always loved the “home” and fell into the Homebuilding industry after pursuing her Real Estate license in 2016. While Sales wasn’t the right fit at the time, the industry was; she transitioned into a Construction Project Manager role where she fell in love with the homebuilding process. Over the next several years, she expanded her skills in Purchasing and Estimating, broadening into Interior Design, Permits, Architectural and Structural Plans, and everything in between. Her experience ranges from entry-level Production Homes to High-End Luxury Homes and her passion for homebuilding, design, and commitment to building your Home with your vision in mind will make you feel at ease throughout the process. Suzannah serves as the listing agent & Jarrod handles the rest!
Jarrod Carchio
Jarrod, an Air Force Veteran, comes with a vast array of experience as a former electrician, salesman, and Firefighter. He loves the outdoors, is an avid bow-hunter, and is passionate about life and making an impact on others. Jarrod has a keen attention to detail and ensures quality construction at each stage. His infectious personality will keep you engaged and entertained throughout the process as he takes the lead from Start to Completion, ensuring each Home is built as if it was his own. Jarrod is the owner and leader of the organization and operation.
