Yes! We build Custom Homes, as well as Semi-Custom and Market Homes from our Floorplan offering where we can accommodate minor customizations to the Floorplan and Design Specifications. In general, the timeframe for Custom Homes from start to finish lengthens.

We strive to be clear and transparent to work with, so in lieu of a typical “cost plus %” fee structure, our fee is a flat rate based upon finished square footage. We offer a personalized consultation where we can learn more about your home goals and review our fee structure.

We offer a 1-Year Fit and Finish & Mechanical Labor Warranty. Some products such as appliances and HVAC systems have an extended Manufacturer's Warranty when registered with the manufacturer after closing. We also include a 10-Year Structural Warranty through our Home Warranty Partner.

We work with Homebuyers at every price point and will work with you to design and build a home within your desired outcome. We specialize in mid-level price points, and we will be transparent and realistic about what you can expect at your target square footage, location, and price point. We believe Homes can feel luxurious at every price point and will show you how we achieve that through our Design Process.

The Construction Process varies depending upon home size, location, and customizations. Once the Building Permit is received, construction is typically completed within 6-8 months. Custom Home construction timeframes can be longer, depending upon the home size and specifications.

We also offer a la carte Design Services as well as Pre-Construction Services to help you navigate the process up until starting vertical construction. When building a home with us, these services are included with our builder fee.
